Your idle mixture needs to be adjusted.The bike is running lean,causing the idle to be inconsistent.If the mixture is a little richer,the bike will idle smoother & more consistent.Do a search,there is a lot of info on the idle mixture procedure.

:2tup: to blaine also check ur carb, I had the same issue, but it was cause of my dirty carb. Seafoam it and only afterwards start playing with a mixture screw
