What do you mean "half blind cagers"? All of them are blind except those that ride motorcycles. lol

I stand corrected. I will also further correct my statement by adding the "Only" cagers who do notice bikes are LEOs who ride or have ridden. I have actually been pulled over because a LEO was wanting to see my bike a bit better since it was on his short list and wanted my opinion.
