Try Florida right on the coast for rust. All the spokes on my S50's wheels are rusted, now coated with a phosphoric acid coating to prevent further rust and convert it to ferrous sulfide, not oxide. Looks like crap but at least it's not rusting anymore. Maybe I'll have to clean it with a fine emory cloth and spray paint it or just leave it like it is. Too much constant work to keep it shiny.
