well thanks, Battery is fully charged, mostly cause the charger I have tells me so, (green light instead of red, and the multimeter test gave me a good strong result)....

Clutch pulled in, run switch in the go now position, I rarely use it, prefering to use the key or the sidestand to kill the engine. Bike in neutral on the sidestand, bike with sidestand up, no change. The bike runs after a roll start, but not when using the electric start.

What do you mean by "jump that and see if the starter motor turns over"?
