Charge up your battery completely before doing anything else.
I assume you pulled in the clutch lever and the RUN switch is in the proper position when you hit the starter button?
Flick the Run/Stop switch back and forth a number of times - it could have some moisture or corrosion in it.
Spray it with some electrical contact cleaner or WD40. Same thing with the starter switch.
Do you mean the starter relay? You can jump that and see if the starter motor turns over. If the starter works, then the relay or one of the contacts to it is bad. Try to analyze each thing before going out and buying replacement parts. And look at the more accessible things first, like the starter and relay are easier to get to than jumping the RUN or starter switch.
I'm sure there will be innumerable other suggestions to follow.
