Same situation here, I've got a 2006 with less than 6K miles that dropped the left exhaust valve. Now shopping for a new head & piston as well...any luck since posting? Looks like $600 worth of parts through cheapcycleparts.com, I'm not putting THAT much into it just to find something went wrong on the lower end.
