I have a (single) good experience ordering from mrcycles (no family/business ties...).

Then, I would order both cables, just to make sure the "pull" one doesn't die on you next week, but it's up to you.
And, oil all (5) cables (rear brake, clutch, choke, 2 throttles) upon installation of your throttle cable(s).
