In Illinois, if you take the riding test at the Secretary Of State's(DMV) office, and you put your foot down or go over a cone at least once during the test, they WILL fail you! Don't know how they do it if you take the riding test elsewhere. Secretary of State will waive the written and riding portion of your test if you pass the BRC offered by the State(courses offered thru the 4 public universities in the state).
