Let's start over.
Are you getting a LOUD bang from the exhaust......or just a little popping on deceleration ??
A little popping is most often caused by an exhaust leak or vacume leak at the carb.
And just exactly what is leaking and how much ??.....and when, running or not running ??
Does your bike have any modifications to the exhaust or intake ??
You can't "adjust the fuel flow" but if something is not right, you can fix it.
