I understand your concerns, if needs be I can use a friends bike. I'm thinking about using the rear arm off a cbr600rr as they're the same diameter at the lever point of the arm, I'll obviously have to widen the hole for the pinion bolt but otherwise its a straight swap, so I can have a decent sized rear wheel and swinging arm if all goes well, lol
