Re: Hello All
Just because you are "on the road", doesn't mean that the course would be a waste of time.
Lots of riders who have been actively riding for YEARS find it useful.
Please don't let your ego get...

Re: 94 Octane Chevron
I suspect that the difference is mostly due to the lack of ethanol and not the difference in octane.
Part of the temp. difference is that the mixture is effectively a little richer with pure...

Welcome to our little circus !!
During those 40 years, how much bicycle riding did you do ??
If the answer is "none", then you should fnd a bike and put some miles on that first;...

Re: Bought a Vulcan EN750 on e-bay today
They CAN build practical bikes.
The perfect all purpose street bike:
Honda's Nighthawk 550-4.
Hyd. valves, shaft drive, alloy wheels (I think) and virtually no maintenance except changing...

Re: Toying with new bike idea
I'm still searching for someone who REALLY knows what makes a good seat.
Look closely at that UGLY but very functional thing that Burk put on his 500.
It's shaped more like a tractor seat and puts...

If everything is letter perfect; title, long test ride, owner doesn't say "It only needs......", runs perfectly, .......I mean PERFECT.
Human nature being what it IS, you tend to overlook "little"...

Be careful.......be VERY careful.
A month is probably not enough time to have the title processed.......and you should definitely NOT let any money change hands until you actually SEE a clear...

Holding the shifter is an illusion and it is just distracting you from finding the real cause.
Now.......like the suggestion of the side...
