These bikes don't get out of timing bad do they?

I got her started. Sounds like the timing is out.. Same sound my SuperHawk made when the chain jumped.. The carb was really really dirty. All the jets...

Just got this 2009 GZ250 from a friend...He said he was heading down road and it just stopped. He got a new bike. LOL the bike sit for two years before i got it... things i did to it. Cleaned tank...
