Thanks guys for all your sympathy. I was thinking of going for a 1999 suzuki with 30,000 for 2000 bucks.. same color but i thought ya know.. insurance is only 150 a year more then the 250, and this...

Well it happened. She bit the biscuit today. Front end is totally mangled.
Had to put er down when a woman drove out in front of me at an intersection. "didnt see me coming" stops and i hammered...

Startup Electrical Problems
When i go to start the GZ it has no problem starting.. but lets say if i leave it on choke and running .. I give it a few moments to get abit warm.. bring the choke down so its not revving and angry...

I disconnected the fuel hose coming from the tank and then emptied my carb. used the hose that was connected to the tank and poured seafoam direct.
ran like shit for 5 mins then i let it sit for...

Clutch hasn't slipped since the other night... I have adjusted my clutch to be a tad looser than it was
im going ahead with the manifold clamp replacement... custom pipe weld ... seal it off.

I just got back from a highway ride... Seemed better after i emptied the carb and all of the previously mentioned..

just checked valves... nothing out of ordinary
exhaust is between a .03 and .04
the intake is at .02
Drained the Carburator... and either there was water in the emptying hose or its in the gas...

the connection between the left hand exhaust pipe and where a clamp binds it has rotted and cracked finally..
must have happenned on my last long haul.
It rides OK.. until i hit full throttle...

that is the same thing that i have ... a loose or stripped stud hanging down and against the bottom half of the engine..
the only way to fix this is to take the engine apart... there is no way to...
