Welcome to the forum from South Carolina. As a new rider it would be beneficial for you to take the MSF BRC (Motorcycle Safety Foundation Basic Rider Course) if you haven't already. It's the best investment in your safety you can make. Ride safe.

Rider training is a must. If you think you can ride you will be just as mistaken as I was. Also pick up a copy of Proficient Motorcycling by David Hough. It is the bible of motorcyling.

Oh Yeah.............WELCOME!

I agree Water Warrior 2. I am in the middle of reading it now. I am new to riding as well. Had a dream to own a motorcycle all my life and finally made it happen. I have a 2005 GZ250 with 3,100 miles on it.

MSF BRC is a must. Also, most insurance companies will give you a bit of a break on premiums when it is completed.
