got this joke from a Kawasaki forum I joined.

Boudreaux got stopped by the state trooper for speeding. The trooper was in the process of writing a ticket when he started swatting at a swarm of flies.

Bourdreax says, "dems circle flies on ya".
Trooper, "What are circle flies? "
Broudreax - "Dats flies dat circle around a horses behind."
Trooper - "you calling me a horses behind ?"
Broudreaux- "Oh, no sir. I have the highest respect for law enforcement.....but.....you can't fool dem flies."
