better exhaust

Hi everyone. New to the site and glad I found it. Alittle over two weeks ago I bought new out of the crate 2009 gz 250 and love it. Does anyone know of a better sounding after market exhaust system for these bikes. If so drop me a line , thanks

There are many after market mufflers that can be modified to work on the G.Z. I would be cautious of voiding the warranty. If you change to a free flowing exhaust you will need to at least adjust the idle mixture ,which requires removing the carb to drill the plug over the idle mixture screw.

I would post this in the General area where you'll get more members to see it and respond to it. This forum is for pics of the members.

I would recommend using the seach button as well. This has been covered MANY times and there are threads active now pertaining to mufflers as well as a write up on how to do it.
