Bike won't start - Storage
 

Hi,

I've seen lots of "bike won't start" threads but my problem is the bike not starting after storage. I followed the manual for storing the bike and today plopped in the battery and it turned over no problem but will not catch.

It has been stored for about 4 months now and it is still about -10C at night here and above freezing during the day. It is stored in an unheated shed.

Did I just try too soon to start it?

Off topic, I bought a Yamaha VStar 950. Yay!

Did you turn the petcock to "prime", to get fuel into the carb?
