There was cargo in that Jeep, not the Jeep iself that was being smuggled. I would think.

Now the big question is - do you push it back over to the other side where it came from, or do you try to pull or lift it over to the US side and impound it to sell?

A little practice with a shoulder fired surface to air missle would resolve the issue in jig time.

I did think of that briefly but thought it might create job security for fence builders. It's good for the economy.
