Flow of exhaust is better if factory muffler is modified

JWR 01-18-2012 08:16 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Modified bikes seldom run as good as a bike with factory settings.

Up goes your fuel costs if your jetting is wrong

blaine 01-19-2012 12:25 AM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Wrong jetting can lead to burnt valves. O_o

Valves are a necessary evil.

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Evil plots and wicked devices can really make life difficult for mechanical novices.

Novices are myself and a few other newbies.

Newbies on motorcycle forums quickly become pros when given the right amount of help.

Rookie Rider 01-19-2012 03:35 PM

End may be near.

Near for whom? This may potentially be our longest thread ever.

Ever long would be spectacular

Spectacular fireworks displays are an annual event originating from an anchored ship in English Bay.

Bay windows are a lovely feature some women desire

Water Warrior 2 01-19-2012 09:27 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Desire for a woman's heart will make us install bay windows.

Windows are which i will throw her out of.

Of course the 19th floor would be desireable.

Rookie Rider 01-20-2012 08:12 AM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Desireable indeed !!

jonathan180iq 01-20-2012 08:13 AM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Desirable only if you prefer jail time.

Rookie Rider 01-20-2012 08:18 AM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Time was the same with mine and jonathans posts.

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Posts in a thread like this can go on and on forever like the line to the men's room at a beer drinking festival.

Festival of good music and good wine ends up usually melodramatic.

Rookie Rider 01-20-2012 12:02 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Melowdramatic people want attention.

Water Warrior 2 01-20-2012 07:39 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Attention is what the teacher wanted and usually gave out a detention.

Way 01-20-2012 08:35 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Detention is too confining

KrazeeMyke 01-20-2012 09:15 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Confining is riding 2up on a GZ with camping gear ;)

Water Warrior 2 01-20-2012 10:34 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Gear head motto: there is no replacement for displacement.

mrlmd1 01-21-2012 09:58 AM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Displacement hulls push the water aside and speed is limited by waterline length, while planing hulls ride on the surface of the water and speed is only limited by available horsepower.

alantf 01-21-2012 10:50 AM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

horsepower which the gz is sadly lacking.

Water Warrior 2 01-21-2012 12:59 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Lacking horsepower is the reason Lynda bought a bigger Suzuki.

Rookie Rider 01-21-2012 07:44 PM

Re: Last Word is the First Word of the Next Sentence

Suzuki is my very first bike, learning on it and still have it.
