Atgatt!

It is a good lesson learned and, while painful and inconvenient to have a fracture, at least not too bad in the overall scheme of "what could have been." Most folks here believe in ATGATT, I think. Speedy healing to you!

A friend of mine recently wrote off his sport bike. He did nothing wrong in the least. Good dry road, no real excessive speed and the bike just went down. He is also an experienced rider and was very familiar with road. He was dressed for the crash and walked away. The bike however died an amazing death. He never found some of the pieces. A front caliper dissappeared and the top of the tank was crushed downward. How did that happen?

Well I'm finally back in the saddle again! 5+ weeks in the splint which is finally off. The only residual issues are a chipped front fender and some pretty definite numbness in my right thumb and forefinger.... Unfortunately the Dr says I'll probably have to live with that....
Not enough to twist the throttle though! chandlerbingfl |
