Just got a brand new to me but a little beaten up 1999 red 250. Have no idea where to go with it but ready to make some hella changes so i can ride and ride! First it push starts and goes about 30 which is a major issue, prob the choke cuz the cable is off. It sounds lile a tin can and looks like ish too!! Any help would b greatly appreciated thanks!!!
