Welcome Shawnie. Where abouts are you in Canada? It's a pretty long ride from coast to coast. :ride:

Welcome to the group Shawnie! Looks like you have gotten a good start on your mods. Interesting picture on the fuel tank. Is that decal or someone's artwork? Also like the iron cross on the rear fender. I just took the second rider seat off of my "09" and like the cleaner look. Have been toying with the idea of a minimal fender chop, but it is hard getting away from the classic look. Good luck with your project. Send more pics as your project moves forward, and as always, safe riding.

Looks like the big 3D MARAUDER logo on the tank. It's only in America that it's called the GZ. European/Canadian bikes are called MARAUDER.

yeh those are the 3d logos this winter im going to remove them and go with a pin up somthing like this one the decal on the tank is a tank protector that i clear coated right into the paint soo many cans of 2k clear but she looks like a bowling ball painting her myself was the most rewarding experience i used toyota purple metallic flake and lots of clear 2k and lacquer all went on well no bubbling and such tank was the easy part the plastic front and back fender required much more time had to find the right primer then all was well
