Another Motor Swap

Hello fellow GZ250 owners. I'm Tom and just starting out here on your forum so please be gentle. Will the motor (carb and all) from an 05 bolt right into the frame of an 01 without any frame modifications? Sure does seem like they would. A lot of the parts are the same. I'm great at replacing parts but maybe not much of a mechanic. Thanks in advance and am looking forward to working with you guys.
