A boneless beef eye of round roast in my mini crock pot.
Chop up a white onion. Save half or more for later.
Throw most of the other half in the pot.
Chop the 2 lbs of roast in three equal pieces.
Toss in the pot.
Pour in a cup of beef broth.
Toss a tiny bit of onion on top.
In separate bowl blend 2 tbsp Worcestershire, 2tbsp
liquid smoke and 1 tbsp your favorite beer.
Sprinkle this mixture on top of meat in pot.
Measure 1 tbsp steak seasoning and 1/2 tsp of garlic
powder and sprinkle that on top of meat in pot.
Note difference between tbsp (tablespoon) and tsp (teaspoon)
Cover and cook on low........

And that is where my recipe ends as I don't know
how long I'll need to cook. Still cooking as I type.

Liquid smoke smell is nice but a tiny bit strong so
I recommend cutting that in half.

Once the meat is very very melty I plan on draining
most of the juices, shredding and adding some
semi expensive bbq sauce and giving it another hour.

Apply the beefy manly brisquet 'pate' to sesame seed
buns and enjoy.

You may wanna take some of those leftover chopped
onions and perhaps some fresh chopped jalapeno to
your sammich  :P

You have a lot more ambition in the kitchen than I do. I really dislike the clean up after cooking something.

Well... crud.... My selection of roast is taking longer than expected to get melty. However I chopped off a tip and tasted. Flavor is great! So I put on high and give it 4 to eleventy billion more hours to get melty.......
