Used 2009 Suzuki Blvd S50

There is a 2009 Suzuki Blvd S50 for sale. Asking price $3800. Going this week to see and check. It has only 1500 miles so hardly used. Definitely, I would need new tires if they are stock. Have no idea what the two tires would cost and the right price that I should offer for the bike.

I have GZ250 with 38K plus miles and gaskits and seals are leaking now. Would like to upgrade and need a bike for daily commute.

Please suggest a reasonable price range that I should offer.

Do we get an update? Can't suggest what the bike is worth as Canadians pay more for everything compared to the U.S.
