No surprise South Dakota is first

My state of Minnesota comes in ninth.

A little surprised the "warmer" states don't have higher ownership rates though. Seems like plenty of the frigid cold states (MN, WI, SD, IOWA) have higher ownership rates. Knuckleheads. :)

I'm very supprised that South Carolina is 40th since there are no helmet laws here. You see a lot of bikes around but it is a tourist area here on the coast.
