We are aware and we are doing everything we can. It should be very obvious what it not actually part of the forum.

Just stay out of the spam threads and carry on like normal.

We'll get this nailed down soon.


If they post within a real thread, we still need you guys to flag it.

I received two PMs. One arrived on 11/25 and one on 11/26. The subject line was not English and the user names were funky, so I just deleted them right away. If we have a trash bin (I'll be honest, I never use PM), I can check to see if they are still in there and who they came from.

Yeah, copy the usernames here. I've been banning IP's usernames we'll eliminate in bulk later but I can make sure those two won't even exist for now.

It's fine.
Going forward, copy and paste the name here or just send it to me and then delete it without opening it, just to be safe.
We can ban those profiles and IPs once you get me the name of the offending account. It's not a broad sword but it's something. A lot of these accounts are coming through the same IP address, so that helps.

I'm not honestly sure how this is happening. For a long time profiles had to be granted access to the site personally. Looks like we'll be doing quite a bit of housecleaning for inactive accounts and sleeper accounts.

Over on the Honda Shadow forum you have to submit 3 posts before your granted access to the main forum.Seems to work pretty good.
