Has anyone tried the KuryaKyn ISO Grips on their GZ? Looks like a nice little upgrade for both looks and comfort

Or how about the Avon brand which is $20.00 cheaper?

Just make sure you order for 7/8" bars. 5 1/2" in length. :) ;)

The kuryakins are definitely cooler (or hotter, whatever...).

For the folks wanting more comfort and vibration dampening you can just get Grip Puppies. Function before form works for me.

The Avon people told me they never tested theirs on a GZ.

I just installed a pair of the KuryKyn grips on my GZ. Very east to do. Got a new pair for $20.00 on Ebay.

Are the rubber portions fairly soft to absorb vibration?

Yes...They feel nice and are cusioned. You have to adjust them to your best feel, make a mentle note of where they should be, then add the glue and position them pronto. I didn't have to take any of the swtches apart on my GZ. That makes it easier and less hassell.
