How can there NOT be charges against the officer - clearly inattentive driving. Lack of weaving might rule out drowsy driving, but, clearly not paying attention. IF the DA fails to file charges, I hope they sue the Dept., the Officer and the DA's office.

But then again, I might not know what I'm talking about.

Yup, that video is pretty much all the evidence needed in a court case. But there could be extenuating circumstances not shown. I'd like to know how this plays out in the future.
