Brake rotor for 2008

I just bought a 2008 GZ250 and need to replace the front brake rotor. I see several used ones listed on Ebay, but none for an '08. Looks like the rotor is the same as earlier models. Is that correct?

What happened to the rotor that it needs to be replaced ??

I haven't pulled it all apart yet, but the rotor feels like its warped when braking and the back side is pretty chewed up.

Sounds like somebody didn't replace the pads & they chewed up the rotor.The inner pad wears first on a sliding caliber system.
