This's my GZ150A FI. Promising in Introduction board, I'd like to show my bike, bought 5 months ago. Though it's just 150cc one, I love it :)
It's in original

I really like the look of bike from seeing it in front, nice crashbar with lights, nice front light... Good combination, it's like M800's son. :)

Looks like the handlebars have been switched (as compared to the first few phots)? Which ones are on there now? I assume the dirt bike style in the later pictures.

What? Nobody is going to comment on those really slick looking wheels?

Actually, in like RR's comment, just noticed the center stand must be a new feature too! (is on a kickstand in earlier picks). Still a great looking bike. Agreed, the wheels are nice!

It seems a lot of non North American bikes have a center stand. Just my opinion but I think our over seas owners are more into self maintenance and rely less on dealers or shops. They also seem to get a variety of options we will never see. A GZ in N.A. is seen as a stepping stone to something bigger whereas a GZ elsewhere is a keeper and the options and aftermarket cater to the smaller bikes with smart usable stuff. Our loss.

It's a nearly-formed Nighthawk handlebar :)

It looks great! I prefer it over the bars in the other pics. I'd imagine it feels a little better as well. I don't like the feel of those handlebars that are practically perpendicular to your body.

:) Some of them are real DIY. For center stand, 90% DIY, I have to measure all the dimension because there was no diagram or document of this bike, following by purchase of steel tube and sheet, cut them, designed the mounting pad, then hired somebody welded them together( I don't have welding machine ) = 10% :) , I finally painted it.

For crashbar lights, I bought lights from car parts, then replaced bulb by luxeon LED 5W ( DIY adapter board ). I also replaced the taillight bulb by some simple LED lights.DIY's my hobby.

:2tup: :2tup: Leechew, you are to be congratulated for your center stand design. It appears to be very well thought out and sturdy. 5 watt LEDs should make quite a difference after dark. I was going to ask you how the bike handled the driving lights power draw and now I know.

Great bike, could you also post a picture of the dashboard? I'd like to know what the meters next to the Speedometer are.
Thank you. :2tup:

:) Thank you very much. It's a RPM gauge, not belongs to the original bike, an aftermarket part.

That is a beautiful bike. Center stand design is amazing. I bought a stand off a 1988 GN250 and am fabricating a mount as the GZ250 is not center stand friendly. Your new handlebars look really comfortable. You have done a great job congrats :2tup: :2tup:

That's so much fancier than my gz - I had no idea a 150cc even existed either - thought it was only 125's and 250's
