I feel ya man. I put on 205 on the GZ in one day, then the next day 150 on the vz800. I can't get enough of this stuff.

I'm an addict too and "no no no" to rehab. I'd rather ride than do anything else.

Just suffered through a beautiful long weekend. Stayed home and listened to the patrol cars and ambulances screaming by to another of many bad mishaps on the roads. Living next to the highway is a sure way to guage the carnage without going out to play in it. I much prefer weekdays with regular traffic.

My bike is going into the shop in the morning, and I am already suffering from withdrawal.

So what you are saying is you didn't check the tire wear often enough. How many miles did you ride to be able to find the cords in the tire?

How many miles did you ride to be able to find the cords in the tire?
9,791 and I'm not going to try to reach 9,800 with them.
It's worn unevenly, most of it is still rubber, there is one spot of a couple inches long where it shines through.

It's your choice but not a safe choice. The cords will wear dramatically in a "very" short time.

Pre-trip inspection!
I call it a 'pre-flight' inspection. Pilots perform a pre-flight inspection before getting in their aircraft.

What's the big deal? ..."everyone knows, you can get 200-300 miles out of the cord" [sic]. (Gomer Pyle).
