I just found this site, so decided to register. Been riding for about 7 years. Started with a Vulcan 800, but it was a maintenance nightmare, so sold it and bought a Nija 250. Nice bike, but again, the twim carbs were always a problem. Sold it and got the GZ a year ago. No problems, absolutely reliable and cheap and easy to maintain. Plus more fun to ride than either of the other two. As usual, I keep thinking about getting a bigger, (read more expensive) one, but then I have to ask why? The GZ is the most fun bike I have ever ridden. Dosen't sound like a Harley, but I could by 4 of these for the cost of one Sportster.

Welcome to the forum from Ohio. You are so fortunate to live in one of my most favorite states where the weather will let you ride year round.

Can't imagine why Florida is called the Sunshine State when 5 other states have more sunny days than we do !!! Welcome to the family. The GZ will do everything a big bike will and do it cheaper. Ride safe

Hi and welcome to the site! I can definitely relate on the bike size issue. Just picked up VX-800 myself for freeway commuting, but I'm keeping the GZ because it's just so much more fun and relaxing to ride rather than that big (to me) and heavy bruiser.
