Hi, my name is Diane. I've had my GZ250 for about four years now, but my ex did all the maintenance on it (despite my asking to be involved). Now I'm picking up the pieces (like the dead battery) so I'll be learning maintenance and repair as I go.

Welcome to the forum Diane! I am maintenance challenged, but the guys on the forum have helped me with every issue I've brought to them about my bike. They are a great source of information, patient, and very encouraging. You will be just fine!

Thanks, everyone! I'll work on that picture thing--maybe I can get my daughter to take one this weekend. I don't think a picture of me and the bike exists at all!

Any questions just ask ! Many of us here have been wrenching bikes for decades, so if your not afraid of a little grease under the fingernails, we can walk you through all your minor maintenence tasks and save you some good cash !
