One of my other bikes. It was my Dad's. He purchased it in 1970 and I grew up riding on the back. He dropped a valve back on the original 6 volt 500 cc engine and shoe horned a 800 cc '78 motor and wiring harness. The cable pull drums took me some getting used to!

Nice looking ride. Obviously a labor of love to keep it looking so good over the years. Is that a Vetter fairing on the bike ??

:) Thanks yall. My Pops has rebuilt it I think three times. She takes a little more maintenance, and you have to get used to the brakes and the Earles front end. But for cruising the back roads, she still rides like a Cadillac. I can change my own tires, adjust my valves, do my points and timing without it have to go to any shop. It’s got a dry single plate clutch/pressure plate that’s about the same as a VW Bug to change. I have a Velorex 700 side car rig I'm going to hang off it sometime in the future. First, I want to get my front swing arm modified with a disc brake set up and rear swing arm updated for the ’78 rear swing arm, final drive and brakes I have from the donor bike. Safety first! Oh, and yes, that’s a BMW/Vetter fairing!

One more with the other bikes at work. Mine gets the most looks! Pulled up to one of my coworkers who has a M3 car and had to pull the classic "I didn't know BMW made cars"!!!
