Bike has 2800 miles on it. Good condition. Only rode back in forth to work since i bought it brand new. Blue book value is at 1900-2000. I am selling for $1600 bucks. Comes with a Wind deflector, and also can throw in a helmet if needed. I have a few different sizes that are pretty much new. Only worn a couple times. Send me a Message if interested. Not up for shipping unless you arrange everything. Has had recent oil change, chain tightened. Thanks

Sounds like a great deal! I'm looking for my first motorcycle to learn how to ride and learn about motorcycles. What things do you suggest I need to start biking?

Just a bike is all you really need. :) And a License that is. I am including a Windshield and a helmet with this bike. Got a few helmets to choose from depending on the size of your head.. :)
Sabo, What windshield is on the bike? [Suzuki or after market] terry

Would this hitch work with a Suzuki GZ250? and can I use a 1995 oldsmobile Royal 88?

I wouldn't advise you to haul a bike that way with your car. You will have all the weight way out to the rear of the car. Damage to the car and bike could easily happen. The weight of the bike may be only 300 pounds but it is as good as a 1000 in the trunk. I had a similar rig on a full size Bronco with a very sturdy hitch and extra fastening devices on both ends of the hitch just to carry a bike weighing 240.
The tongue weight on the car would be more than the car is designed for in my opinion. Borrow a pick up if you can or use a real trailer. Be safe.

On top of that, the particular hitch you are looking at seems too short to handle the GZ's wheelbase. You'd have the back tire hanging off the end.
Borromw a pick-up from family or a friend. Unless it's an extended cab with a short bed, it will fit. And all you need are a few rachteting straps and you'll be set.

We had Lynda's M-50 in my Ranger so almost any if not all trucks will haul a GZ. The tailgate was down but not a big deal. Tie down the bike to all 4 corners and have it upright rather than on the sidestand. No stress on the sidestand and no scratches to the bed floor.

If your still interested, send me a PM for my number, on sunday you can give me a call. I will be around. I work on sat though. So will have to be Sunday. Thanks for the interest. The windshield was bought off ebay. Had it on there for a while, then removed it. Also, still owe a lil on this so dont have the title. Will have to figure out how all that would work out since over the weekend?

If you skip out, it's a legal document and he can pursue you. ;)

Yes i did resolve it. After cleaning the carb, it has been fine. I wouldnt sell it without telling someone if it wasnt resolved. :) I have been riding it every day for the last 2 weeks, and have had no issues. It was random anyways. Mainly after long trip at higher speeds (55ish). I came to the conclusion that it wasnt getting enough fuel, and was leaning out. Been fine since i did that.

Its cool... I have been messed over before. Dont like when it happens to me. So wont do it to anyone else. It is almost paid for. Just wanting to make some money off it. Thats all. BB is 1900. So figured by asking 300 below, it would go quick. Not as quick as i hoped, since its sitting in the parking lot right now. :) I have had a few local callers. Noone actually shows up though. Just hoping to sell it before winter so i dont have to store it again. :)
Need a windshield ,what make of shield is on your bike? would you be willing to sell the shield/ Terry

Bike is SOLD.... :) Bought me a lil scooter to ride around temporarily.. :) Got me a 150CC Roketa scooter with 2000 miles on it for 600 bucks. Thing is fun... I was shocked how much power the thing has for a 150. I can cruise on it at 55-60. Runs great... :)

Its a Roketa MC-04Y-150. Its the Fiji one. I love this thing more and more each day. Not having to shift is great. When i get bored with this, i might get one of the Can Am clones they have. Pretty neat looking. They have some cool looking 250CC choppers and stuff. I would stick with the scooters though.

Yeah, as much as I hate to say it, CVT transmissions and underseat storage make scooters better than motrocycles for daily commuting.
