Time Stamp is wrong

It looks like the time stamp for the site is 12 hours fast. Right now it says "The time now is Tue Jul 17, 2007 6:10 am". I think the server is most likely on the east coast so it should be July 16th at 6:10 pm

Obviously not a critical problem, just thought I'd call it out.

You can change the time stamp in your Profile ... thats probably whats wrong.
