They left off: dual sport motorcycle, pre-stocked escape compound, buried gas supply, Compact Cruiser w/scabbard, bandolier, shells... I could go on.

What is it about the undead that gives them the ability to suddenly appear behind you? Even if you're standing on roof.

Yeah, I think some of this is misinformation. The government is probably involved.
