no bags, i wish they were still with the bike when i received it but beggars cant be choosers. I am in the market for some bags. living in western wash. i plan on camping with the bike. There are tons of options of places that the 250 would be perfect to get to. No freeways involved etc etc. So bags will be essential. the tank is dented on both sides, but i'm tall enough that with my feet on the pegs my knees hide the body damage pretty well. Looking foreword to fixing her up. The forum seems like a fantastic resource. i cant wait to utilize it.

Welcome to the forum. Your bike looks to be in pretty good condition. Bags can be fun to hunt for but also a pain. For utility and function you can get some soft fabric bags from a variety of suppliers. Many are expandable and have a multitude of compartments for all sorts of items. Nelson-Rigg makes some fine products.
Or you can just go to Wally World to get some handy sports gear bags that are cheap and very durable for packing stuff into. Be sure to get good quality bungee cords, the cheap ones are more trouble than they are worth.
