The forum is back. There was a permission issue with the cache directory after Dupo changed his password. The forum cratered, but nothing was lost. I recovered it and we should be good now.
That'll teach him.

I honestly cannot completely blame John for the problem, although he's an easy and willing scapegoat, since the cache directory had ownership changed on almost all of its files...I have to, in all seriousness, blame our hosting company.
