Hi all,
I bought a 2000 GZ250 that was being sold for breaking and decided to bring the old girl back to life. She is stripped down and new parts bought and a complete paint job. I had to get a new piston, rings and gasket as the old one had sized I will be installing the new parts next week but I can’t find any information on how to time the engine after. When I rebuilt the engine of my Alpha Romeo 156 I was able to clamp the camshaft before removing the timing chain but I did not have this luxury on the GZ. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.
