I got a little bored over the winter and started doing a few things. I got out of control and this is what turned out.

Bored and out of control is an understatement. The whole rear fender and seat combo is unique and comfy looking. But I have to ask how the gas cap works ? Definitely a one of a kind and I like it.

The seat is much more comfortable. Its from a C50 and the fender is from a VZ800 (I think that is what is was). The old gas cap was taken out (obviously) and I had a new bung welded in. The gas cap get pushed in and turned then it pops up and unscrews.

This may be a dumb question but what do you use to wrap the exhaust?

Exhaust pipe/muffler wrap. Probably available at most speed shops or just Google it and see what happens.

I got my wrap from Weber http://www.weberracing.net it was like $35 I got 30' of the one inch don't know if it will be enough. Autopart stores usually carry it, but usually you have to ask for it because everywhere Ive gone they keep it behind the counter. Not sure why.

I got 50' of 2" wide and have enough to do the pipes twice. You might have enought with the 1" wide.

Nice looking bike. You might want to invest in some track days to learn what it can really do. Public streets are not a good place to wind em up to their full potential.
