Law Dogs that is. LOL I went riding with a group of 40 + bikes yesterday and had a blast. Most were Harleys or at least bigger bikes than mine and I managed to keep up just fine. My bike ran great and I think the new plug and work I did on it helped immensely. I am the non vest wearer in the front row on the left. It was great riding with the club because they block intersections and we didn't have to stop for lights and even managed a police escort for a while. I do think the the police escort was because I they didn't want so many bikes flying through their tiny town. The Law Dogs are all first responders, fire police, EMS or associates and they are a fun group.

Riding with the Fuzz is the best way to make good time and get no tickets.
Glad you had a good and safe time. :)

You fooled me with the title. I'd been chased many times (a few successfully) on bicycles by dogs. I figured even the 250 was fast enough to evade them, but from a dead stop, I think I'd have to go with a dog for the first twenty feet. Haven't yet had a close run in with canines giving chase yet while astride the Suzuki or its big brother.

Eek! I had my first K9 encounter at 6:30 a.m. this morning while on the GZ...with a feisty little chihuahua that ran into the road chasing me. He wasn't really that close to worry me, but the sudden onslaught of yapping scared the begeezers out of me...I think I "yapped" myself into my face shield, bringing on a little fog! Sheesh!
Jess, wish I could see the pic a little larger. Looks like a fun group, albeit teeny tiny (said like Emily Litella)
