So I aired up the tires on the bicycle and went for a ride today. Almost lost control and crashed at low speed. What did I expect after 5 years exclusively on a motorcycle and no pedaling around the neighborhood. Really strange just coasting and no engine noises. Thank God there were no hills.

It was really hard to ride without a large top heavy Vstrom under my butt. I had to adjust to having nearly no weight to control except my own. Doubtful this will develop into a habit again.

I've made sure that my bicycle is burried under so much junk in the store room, that by the time I've got it out I've lost the inclination to ride it. Works every time.

My bike actually spend 5 years holding garbage bags on the handlebars for when I am messing with the other bikes and create garbage.
