Here the some road sceneries to share with you..

Rim of the World Hwy (Hwy. 18)
Lake Arrowhead (Hwy. 173)

Rim of the World Hwy is a famous scenic road around here So. California.
Haven't ridden this road before...!
Yes, it was worth alot.
Nice long fun curviers, good road condition, and beautiful sceneries.

Road is leading to the top of the San Bernadino Forest mountains where Big Bear Lake is.
Today, instead of Big Bear Lake, I went to the Lake Arrowhead using Hwy. 173.
Less popular than big bear lake, but it has its own beauty; less traffic on the way.
I had planned to go all the way through the Hwy. 173 for today's ride.
Woooppps, ha ha ha,
About the middle of the road; the pavement is end, and Dirt Trail Road is starting.
Road Sign, not recommended for truck ???
Another road sign, Road Closed ???
But couple of cages and a truck is went through the road signs before me.
I tried to decided Go or Not.... with my street bike???
Gave up for today (chicken), and enjoyed the Rim of the World Hwy more.

It was little chilly still at the top of the road.
Tried to get some road sceneries,
sad taht I couldn't get the real beauties of the road on the images... ^^;
Some photos and short video clips on the video to share with you.

Fun road for those who like curves. Looks popular with the riding crowd. Also like the way you ended the vid with the moon, very imaginative.

Thanks..
The actual sceneris are much enjoyable than photos.
Some haze air quality and chilly temperature prevented spending more time for my photo trips.. ha ha ha
The road curves are really fun to riding; but about few from starting the road I felt little scare.
Problem >> the cages also could speed up and they do actually >> it was real worry for me.
If unexpected cage's slow down at the curve, when I (or other bikes) were leaned and speeding >> don't want to think about it.

Cool shots, nice camerawork. I always find your videos interesting and the terrain is so foreign to me. Around here there are no places I can think of where you could see the land details like your videos show because we have so many tall trees obscuring everything on the ground. Why, just last week I drove out to see the Cherokee National forest but I couldn't see it for all the darn trees!

Look between the trees.

Um, that's kind of my next project which can be borrowed from internet.
I actually have some thought about it since starting photo riding again.
RC Hellicopter with Camera Mounting.
(if possible reomote viewer screen, and remote camera operation also.. too much for now)
So, I could capture some broader ranges of the road sceneries... ha ha ha.
Don't know if I could handle this easily, but I think that only problem is the budget...^^;

Danny, if that was a reply to me then you would love to ride in my backyard. We have lots of very scenic roads with mountains that are snow capped all year. Right now I am looking at snow on a mountain while everyone is dressed for summer weather around here. And don't let the GWN fool you. It does get hot here and requires cooler gear.
