Too shiney and clean looking but you can fix that. Get ready for a bunch of questions about the sissy bar and rear rack combo.

Wowza, that's shiny! I love the look of the "Marauder" logo on the tank...it seems to make the bike look bigger. Mine just says "Suzuki".

Gino, we will have to meet for a coffee sometime. But only after all this Olympic stuff ends and the roads are normal again.

Yeah, all the Canadian and European GZs have these logos. Dunno why they changed them for the American market. Also, over here (dunno about Canada!) they're marketed as "Marauder" not "GZ" :)

The Canadian GZ is also a Marauder.

I like the polished look of the bike....by the way the tank emblem is not a sticker, as the US models are. The canadian model is an actual hard plastic emblem. Way better than a sticker. So far I took all the Suzuki stickers off on the sides....made it look gay.
So far to the bike I've added saddle bags, which come in handy, and I've replaced the exhaust with a Screamin Eagle exhaust bought on Ebay. It sounds awesome !!! No more put put wimpy sound, and a heck of increase in power.
I will post pictures soon.

I was talking about the warning sticker on TOP of the tank.

Yes the warning sticker is long gone...I took it off right after i got the bike. As far as I'm concerned they should not place those stickers there anyways. They are a pain in the A... to remove + it looks awefull.

Paper towels and rubbing alcohol is all I ever used. Hold paper towel on sticker and wet down real good. Take your time.

I would really like to see pictures of the Screaming Eagle Exhaust and have details on which ones exactly you got to fit the bike. I know there is a big debate about this but I do like loud pipes and feel safer getting the attention of the motorists around me if possible. Even if that safety is just in my head LOL!

I second that request about your new exhaust. Maybe I can drop by sometime and hear them?

And the stickers, I left the S on the sides of the tank but took the GZ250 off the sides and the SUZUKI off the back fender using a hair dryer and heating them up and then peeling them slowly off while still heating it. Then use some stuff called goo gone to take off any residue left behind. The side stickers didnt leave anything at all behind and the rear fender sticker left just a little but came off easy. Took me maybe 15 minutes start to finish to get them off and you cant tell anything was ever there.

I peeled the side & back stickers off by hand, and removed the glue residue with Orange Clean. The "S" on the tank came off with dental floss, and again with Orange Clean for the glue. Quick & easy.

Yeah the tank sticker a bit of work but the rest of stickers very easy to peel. I used oil to take out the residue. Works great !.
As far as the Screaming Eagle goes....hopefully I will post some picks soon. Yeah it was a little tricky to install. Especially since the diameter of the exhaust is larger than the original pipes of the bike. So I had to go to Canadian tire and but a reducer to insert as a spacer + the space that came with the exhaust. Some exhaust glue to fill in the gaps, so no leaks...and there you go. The bike is way louder...and an increase in performance....absolutly. I haven't worked out the gas mileage yet since I haven't gone through a tanks yet. But I will post. I didn't need to lean the bike yet...but probably will.
I am considering placing some tape wrap on the pipes since the heat shield had to come off.
I did this because last week a tow truck almost ran me off the road.....hence safety !!!! friggen....a.ss ...hole !!!

[quote="ginobuns I didn't need to lean the bike yet.[/quote]
The bike runs lean from the factory,by opening up the exhaust you make it run even leaner. You need to do needle shim, main jet,and idle mixture to make it run richer. You will do damage to the engine by overheating.Exhaust and carb mods should be done at the same time for this reason.

Welcome to the forum dude! I'm sure you will find it to be a very valuable resource, as I have. Ride safe, and always wear protective gear - helmet, riding jacket, boots, etc. Road rash sucks, and the asphalt doesn't care how "cool" you look.
Enjoy your new ride...

The C-50 is a nice bike. It has a good power delivery and can run all day without breaking a sweat. Did you buy new or used ??
