I just picked it up from the dealer yesterday. I hope to get it on the bike next weekend. I will let you guys and gals know how it goes. Thanks for all the info.
I had new chain and sprockets installed yesterday, and switched to the 16 tooth front sprocket (bought from Bikebandit.com). I also had the needle seat valve adjustment described in other threads done. When it's time for new chain and sprockets, go with the 16-tooth front. As others have said, I can't imagine why Suzuki doesn't make that standard. All gears are more useful, and 4th gear is now a gear that can be ridden in for much of the hilly terrain in New England. 55-60 mph is much better- it doesn't sound like the motor is about to rip itself apart. I don't feel much more power out of the bike (a little, yes), but the change in gearing is great.

It's a matter of opinion I think. I personally like the 15t better for longer rides as the 16t virtually eliminates the top gear. My bike is more responsive at slow speeds with the 15t as well.
Like I said, it's all about what works for you, your type of riding and your usual terrain. I'm very glad you found it useful though. I keep switching back and forth, to be honest.
