I know this should be simple to do, and I feel dumb for asking, but I'm used to working on bigger bikes with tail lights that come apart with a few screws from the outside. Now with that being said, how do you change the friggin light bulb in the tail light on these little monstrosities? I found an rubber cap under the back fender and what I thought would have been the way to take the bulb out and put a new one in, but I can't figure out how to get the !#%$ thing out. HELP!!!!!!! :biggun: :curse: :cuss: :bang:

You should be able to remove the square rubber plug and twist the socket counter-clockwise (??) to remove. It "clicks" when released like an old car bulb socket. Don't twist or pull on the wires.
If you can't get it out, there are 3 screws (8mm I think??) accessible from the back side that remove the whole tail light assembly. There are two (one each side) that are real easy to get to and remove. The third one is on top centered and it's a pain in the ass to get to and remove. If you lift the rear of the bike, allowing the suspension to go to it's longest length (leaving the rear tire on the ground), it makes access a bit easier.
I put a clear lens with a red LED bulb in mine, so I'll never have to screw with it again.
Here is the blowup on Ron Ayers. Tail Light (http://fiche.ronayers.com/Index.cfm/Module/Main/TypeID/26/Type/Motorcycle/MakeID/2/Make/Suzuki/YearID/47/Year/2006/ModelID/7858/Model/GZ250/GroupID/373531/Group/REAR_COMBINATION_LAMP_)
Good Luck.

I haven't tried lifting the rear of the bike, but I have tried to take the bulb out, and I swear Hercules put that thing in.
