The good weather got to me. I rode down to San Diego County and up to the Palomar Observatory. No pics of the observatory though. It was kind of a hazy day so this first shot is, well, hazy.

Some kind of memorial for a fire fighter killed near this spot.

Twisties. Superbrace works good.

Even though it's been so warm, there's snow in the shady spots near the observatory.

Hey Moe,

Good ride. Shoulda texted me - I'd have ditched too.

Messed with my windshield on the GZ again today - I think maybe I finally have it where I want it. Didn't test ride though, so there may yet be another SQL. Flipped the fork mounts from behind the fork back to up front to get the lowers off the triple - had to actually swap the fork mounts left to right to get the right orientation. I think I have the rake I wanted when I made the last adjustment and I think I have sucessfully suspended the perimeter such that it won't touch or vibrate against anything when underway. Still have to see if too much air is coming up from underneath. I'm kind of getting resigned to just hanging on the the Geezer for commuting to the office.

I forgot, you're your own boss, so you can do that sort of thing. You're right, I should have.
