Finally got some sunshine after weeks of dreary overcast skies and lots of rain. Decided to head south towards Vancouver as the roads would be dry and the temps would be a bit warmer. Low to mid 40's F there and back.

Slightly after noon looking North from Squamish

Viewpoint looking North somewhere between Squamish and Vancouver. Pictures do not do justice to the scenery here.

I was tempted to post a pic of today in Squamish but it would be too depressing to see. Low clouds, rain and just plain ugly out there. Things should be a little drier for the next weekend so we can go for a coffee run and maybe catch a couple more pics.

It's 9.30 in the morning here. Just checked the thermometer on the patio, & it's showing 56º. Problem is, a week next Tuesday I'm going to my daughter's in England, for Christmas. Phoned her last night, & she says it's freeeeeeeeeezing! It'll be the first time in 7 years that I've had to survive temperatures less than 50º.

Wow Alan, I think I'd like to live somewhere that it never got below 50! Sounds like my kind of temperatures!

BB, you would never survive 50 below. Been there done that for far too long and moved after retirement. The older you get the colder you get.

Busy, you have all the experience you need. Watching your videos tells me you ride safe and well. Grab your passport and aim the bike North next summer.
